## 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the access and use of the Hoshin Kanri platform (hereinafter "the Service"), operated by Animam Technologies.

## 2. Acceptance

Using the Service implies full acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

## 3. Description of the Service

Hoshin Kanri is a SaaS strategic planning platform that enables:
- Creation and management of X-Matrices
- Tracking strategic objectives, annual goals, initiatives, and KPIs
- Organization of hierarchical meeting cadences
- Ideas and action management
- Data export and integration via API/MCP

## 4. Registration and Account

### 4.1 Account Creation
Registration requires a valid email address, password, and organization name. Each user is associated with an organization.

### 4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be performed by you.

### 4.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

## 5. Plans and Limits

The Service offers several plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with different usage limits in terms of matrices, users, ideas, and features.

## 6. Intellectual Property

### 6.1 Your Content
You retain full rights over the data and content you create through the Service.

### 6.2 Our Service
The Service, its source code, design, and trademarks are the property of Animam Technologies. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

## 7. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

## 8. Availability

We strive to ensure maximum Service availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

## 9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Animam Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Service.

### 9.2 Backup
While we perform regular backups, we recommend that you regularly export your data.

## 10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings or by contacting support.

### 10.2 By Animam Technologies
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these ToS.

## 11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these ToS. Users will be notified of any substantial changes.

## 12. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France.
