Why per organization
A steering tool has 5 to 10 active users, and the people who should read the strategy most often (managers in review, the consultant, each member's AI assistant) are exactly the ones per-seat pricing pushes out.
So the price follows the organization whose strategy it holds. Inside a tier, adding a reader costs nothing.

- Is there a free plan?
- Yes, two ways. The cloud Solo tier is free: one matrix, two users, read-only MCP. And the local mode is entirely free and infrastructure-less: your matrix lives in JSON files on your machine, readable by Claude Desktop via MCP, and nothing leaves your computer.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. Every paid tier starts with a 30-day free trial without a credit card.
- Is billing live today?
- Not yet. During the early-access beta everything is unlocked, and early adopters keep an advantage when billing starts.
- Am I charged per user?
- No. Team covers up to 10 users in one organization for one price; adding a reader inside that limit costs nothing. Multi-site organizations, SSO and SLAs are the Enterprise tier.
- I am a consultant with several clients. What do I pay?
- The Partner tier is €290 per month with three client organizations included, then €49 per month per additional client. Your clients can take over their own subscription later, with their data.
- Is there a sales call or paid onboarding?
- No. Sign-up is self-serve, and your AI assistant does the onboarding: connected through MCP, it reads the method, explains your matrix and guides your first deployment.
