Connect your agent to Hoshin Kanri
Hoshin Kanri keeps your X-Matrix, its rules and a plain reference page for everything; your agent builds whatever presentation you want from the same data. One address serves every agent that speaks MCP (Model Context Protocol):
https://hoshin.app/mcp
Tried by us: Claude, with the plugin
The plugin brings the connector and six skills that tell Claude how to work with an X-Matrix: build one, run the review cycle, follow it on a schedule, share it outside without leaking what is internal, build a cockpit, sync initiatives with Linear or Jira.
- In claude.ai or the Claude desktop app: Customize, Plugins, Add, Add marketplace, then enter wellknownmcp/hoshin-kanri.
- Add Hoshin Kanri X-Matrix, then connect its hoshin connector: sign in to hoshin.app and choose the organization.
- In Claude Code: /plugin install hoshin-kanri --marketplace wellknownmcp/hoshin-kanri
Tried on 8 November 2026 in claude.ai: the connector, the six skills, and the X-Matrix drawn in the conversation (show_matrix). Without the plugin, add https://hoshin.app/mcp as a custom connector.
Any agent that speaks MCP
Add https://hoshin.app/mcp as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). Sign-in is OAuth 2.1, with nothing to configure: the agent registers itself (Client ID Metadata Document or dynamic registration). You choose the organization on the consent screen; one connection acts in one organization.
For an agent that only takes a header: an admin creates an API token in the app (API tokens) and the agent sends Authorization: Bearer hk_…
Documented by their vendors, not tried by us
These agents document a connection to a remote MCP server. We read each vendor's documentation on 2026-11-08; conditions change, follow the link before you count on one.

The X-Matrix view (show_matrix) is an MCP App: hosts that support the extension draw it in the conversation, the others get the same content as text. We have seen it drawn in Claude.
For the admin or the IT manager
- Most agents let only an admin add a server: on Claude Team and Enterprise an Owner adds the connector, then each member connects with their own account.
- A connection acts with the rights of the person who authorized it, never more, in one organization. A read-only API token cannot write; an admin revokes a token in the app.
- Your data is hosted in France (OVH). Elements marked internal never leave the organization: no public page, no external picture, no external reading by an agent.
- Nothing in the plugin runs on your machines: it is instructions and the address of the connector.
